The Value of the EDP Awards
A technical committee made up by independent consultants, editors, engineers and other related professionals, will evaluate products launched during the previous 12 months.

Evaluation will be based on innovation. The EDP Technical Committee judge the products on the value of the new technical abilities they offer. This can be innovation in the technology that improves speed, quality, usability and functionality or reduces environmental impact as well as cost to the user.

The EDP Awards are opened to products launched between 15th April 2008 and 28th February 2009. Current awards will hold their validity until January 2010.

EDP magazines have made a solid commitment to turn the EDP Awards into a prestigious and meaningful event. To achieve such an ambitious goal, the EDP Association apply strict criteria – for example, if there is no product eligible in one specific category, the EDP award for that category will be dropped.

The EDP Awards transcend the purely commercial experience. Accolades given to products not only infuse confidence and credibility, but signify utmost quality to professionals and end-users.
And only the very best and innovative products are taken into consideration.

Each EDP magazine promotes the awards through both printed and web pages to ensure that they receive growing international recognition and superior status within the digital print industry.

All EDP magazines run advertising campaigns annually promoting the winning products, logos and companies.
