The EDP Awards are judged by an independent European panel of digital print experts and only the very best and truly innovative products are taken into consideration. The technical committee is made up of independent consultants, editors, engineers and other related professionals and are opened to products launched between the 15^th of April 2008 and 28^th of February 2009. This shortlist is subject to updates periodically and is by no means final - this allows for new products that come on the market between now and the 18^th of February, to be included should they meet the exacting standards set.
